The only one of those characters who might appear is Keine. There is no reason to waste time and a character slot by using characters who would contribute nothing to the story whatsoever.

They already did stuff like that in SWR, which has Remilia simply because they still had the sprites. It really shows in her story mode, which was the most pointless by far.

At least that's what i think.
