Try this. Just keep your Adblock on when you load the page with the movie. Pause the Adblock when it finishes loading. Then your ready to play the video. After that at minimum there should be only two You Tube like advertisements one at the beginning and midpoint of the video. There are multiple severs to choose from so if it's not available on one try another. Yes I know streaming sucks but it can be super convenient at times.
