Well my recent investigations have come to the conclusion that Star Sapphire is the Mape Raider. Every attack she has carries the Human-Killer property. She carries the Star element on every attack. Both her Spell Cards buff her accuracy.
The only things that could make her better was if the Heavy bullet typing wasn't on her Focus shot but on one of her Spell Cards so that Scarlet Win, White Win could be slotted for 3 turn 20% damage reduction and if her 1st passive lowered Slash DMG on proc

It's not that she's no longer relevant as a playable character that gets me the most. It's that the last game she was playable in was the shitshow known as DDC. ZUN could've at least let her retire in style and make her last appearance a game fit for her perfect and elegant style. If she really is gone like Mima, it breaks my heart to see her go out in an embarrassement instead of a bang. At least MS was a good game to call it quits.
