The worst kind of posters, even worse than shitposters themselves, are those who abandon their own board because of a bunch of idiots. It really shows you never really cared about the community here and all you did was bitch and whine.

You know, after the name change, moot made a point that died over time in here: ignore shit you don't like. We don't want any more stupid meta-drama generated from people too obsessed with the quality of the board. They attack one another, spread distrust and end up causing more damage than the idiots themselves, even though they have good intentions.

I see all you defenders of /jp/'s purity who say they have been here since day 1, seething with rage at the slightest bother. I've been to /jp/ since day 30, I must say, but even then I noticed something. Being this bothered was never part of the board. In fact this was one of the most quiet, passive boards I had seen. Unforgiving, but quiet. So, what happened to you purists? Did I miss 30 days of utter rage? No? Then, why are you so out of /jp/'s main element, the "take it easy" mantra, when you try to defend it? It's like defending a castle by throwing the walls to the enemy.
And don't tell me that there are too many offtopic or spam threads anymore, this isn't the Bawson era anymore, we have an active and quick Janitor nowadays.

The next time you are ready to cringe and be very angry at each other regarding /jp/'s quality, lean back and take a look at the board. You will notice that the meta-post you made is much worse than any fifth Rance thread, drawfag attention whoring, loljapan question, normalfag or KoG raid.

I'm sure almost noone will reply to this post, in fact a lot of people will have filtered at least one of the words in it. You may keep arguing with each other. You may also leave. I'll be staying here and go bump a good thread for every bad one made, until the end. Because I love this board and I'll do everything to help it.
