Get some thick winter blankets (from ikea as an example), fold them 1 or 2 times then put a memory foam pillow on top of the blankets to see if you need any height adjustments.

Sometimes the holes are optimized for jerking off while holding your onahole with your hands.

Getting bigger onaholes may solve the issue with it moving around or tilting in different directions, but you also may need to put something like folded towels, memory foam cut to length or smaller floded blankets underneath half of the onahole itself to tilt it in a desireable direction for easier penetration
