No, that's the first patch for the last webtrial. There weren't any new webtrials for more than a 1.5 year you see (and comiket uploaders are faggots not buying the comiket release).

Well, webtrial 4.0 is 1.02 MByte text. It's comparable to a standalone game in length already. This patch now adds another 0.05 MB to it.
