Her commentary is pretty good, at her best she far outdoes most holos, her naive but determined demeanour is very endearing and her full commitment to do what she likes despite her being good at it or not makes her happiness contagious, her singing is pretty bad (although she's improving despite her handicap) but full of soul, she always sounds like she's having the time of her life.
she strikes a great balance between not being afraid to show her idiot werido self, but still knowing what people expect from her character and playing bits from her audience, it feels like hanging out with a friend, also ASMR is ]top tier

I really like the new Noel, although I don't know if you could exactly call her new, she has been this way for quite a while now, maybe since March?
Now that pekora and marine have inclined drastically and the expectations of Gen 3 not longer rest on her shoulders it feels like she has finally allowed herself to be more comfortable in her job and let lose to her weirdo self, it's a really nice balance between playing bits for her fans but no compromising who she is a person, I has been a joy to watch her just be happier in general, she has been trying some stuff, not all of it has worked, but I respect and admire her efforts, can't wait to see what the menhera has planned for the future
She has a collab planned with ayame I'm very happy she was able to secure that one, hopefully it may lead to a one on one collab
Either way, I love noel and I hope that in due time you will grow to love her too
