Cleaning is somewhat up to technique. Washing is as simple as rinsing it with water and drying gets a lot easier if you build/buy a "cleaning stick": a chopstick (or another long enough stick) and a piece (or preferably several) of towel that's not going to leave shit behind.
In general, onaholes are softer than fleshlights, though their builds can be more complex and the closed end is great for suction/vacuum. Softer ones get so gentle you can't even feel the texture properly and feel like you're fucking a marshmallow while even "hard"s are usually not silicone hard.
It's hard to recommend anything specific though, since we don't know what size range to look at. Of course, everyone's dick is unique and saying something is definitely better than something else is difficult but we can throw some suggestions your way.
