These 罪 (Sin) men have been appearing in many Touhou doujins and videos lately. Does anyone know where they originate from, and how they managed to gain popularity within the Japanese Touhou communities?
I know it is obvious that they represent perverted men wanting to sexualize the Touhou girls, with their usually naked body and a mask with SIN written on it.
Just want to know who created them first and when and how they caught on.
