Story of wagg is that they were decent and had fans but watanabe always had them lowest on his priority list. Wack members in other groups are in some sense protected because the groups are all joint ventures with a record company and wack. No releases, not much marketing, nobody to look after their interests. Once in a while someone would get promoted to one of the actual wack groups leaving everyone else in the group demoralized. In the end it was group of those who didn't get promoted, the losers basically.
They all became more demoralized over the years, you could see it on their faces. Getting rejected four years in a row isn't healthy. Watanabe didn't have heart or brain to kick any of them out earlier so the whole project got this type of disaster ending.
They have lowered the age floor to 12 for the auditions couple of times so there actually might be next gen wagg in the making but at the same time this was bad end and bish is also ending, lot of downsizing.
