>Getting a 4-star dupe from gacha
>Rolling a dupe from swimsuit bags
>Very small chance while rolling accessory gacha (which you roll from tickets given from 3-star or lower dupes)
It's a long-term goal sort of thing if you aren't a whale.

Rerolling for her 4-star is going to be difficult as the tutorial roll is fixed to the initial group of girls that she isn't in, and I don't know if they're still doing the extra 10+1 for newbies.
