What would it be like to be a man in the Demon Army?

There'd definitely be hazing and much sexism, as many monsters think less of humans for most of the time for being weaker than them, as monsters were created to predate on humans.
It'd take a real man to make it through and earn the respect of your company, and practically a hero level stud/wizard to make it through unraped.
