Just a little evidence for it. I think Kinzo being a powerful summoner but a weak practitioner of his own magic means he can't perform what's needed for magic well himself, but he can easily fetch people who can, with his influence. He can physically fetch people who are very good at it, while Beatrice's summoning power would be based off just creating new furniture.
