Nah. In the anime she already talks about the fragment Hanyuu stuff at that point. The manga doesn't bring it up and has that explanation because in both cases they're just bullshitting Rika, so the specific lie doesn't matter.
Note that this Hanyuu doesn't say auau, even though she says it in both OG Higurashi flashbacks where she appears.
