I'm not saying kuitan is bad in certain situations. But if you are aiming for it at the beginning of every fucking round you're a shit player. Chances are you can go for a more expensive hand and you just cucked yourself out of winning more points because you don't know what you're doing.
And yes it does make games boring because it doesn't accomplish anything. You stop the other guy from winning? You also cut yourself short and have less tiles to defend with, good job. I fucking laugh when these guys call on every tile and then the dealer calls riichi and they can't even defend because they couldn't keep their dick in their pants. That's what you get.
