I don't feel as if her personality is exactly powerful or forceful, but it's definitely not weak. I'm fine with a bit of shyness, I mean she has a spellcard called Camera Shy Rose, but it's more of the calmer kind shy rather than the blushing everywhere moeblob levels of shy. It just feels blown way out of proportion like the tsundere Alice thing.
