There are stray dogs in Moscow that have learned to consistently use the subway to travel, simply by listening to announcements and learning the meaning of signs by heart. And there's that border collie that supposedly knows 1200 words. Think with a little luck you could get around the /jp/ jargon with about that many or less without arousing too much suspicion.
It was only a matter of time. Dogs have finally been bred intelligent enough to produce their own variety of teenage fangirls desperate for adventure and excitement, wishing to be wolves so they can be cool and edgy and exotic and stuff.
