In the same way they end up making more superchat money from the many members, they also end up getting more viewers spread among them, they still had the most viewers during January.

If Hololive wants to reach the same level of success, they have no choice but to expand and get a lot of popular members that bring more money, pretty copying what Nijisanji is doing.
