BB + CA(V) loaded with at least one Akitsu Maru Heli. The main issue with getting an S is killing that fucking sub, so unless you killed the cut-in setup on the DDs to ensure a sub kill you need a BB.

BB is also preferably to BBV, since the BB and the CVs will be the only ships capable of hitting the rest of the fleet on boss node until the DDs and CA(V) dispose of the sub.
