Certs tell an employer that you're competent. A Bachelors however, will give you a greater edge to get the job. CCNA is def one you should pursue then if you like the networking. I recommend you use 9tut .

You plan to take the two-part exam or the combined CCNA exam? I'm excited for you! I can remember how fun that exam was of all the cert exams I've taken.

It wasn't easy getting to where I am, and I'm nowhere near where I want to be. It's a whole lot of ongoing study. I started right from the bottom (just because I thought it was necessary) like desktop support, on to tutoring IT certification, then on to teaching all while obtaining a BSIT in net administration. Just make sure you really tailor your career choices towards what you want to do.

It's all worth it because now I never have to deal with help desk. It's all build this, configure that, maintain everything.
