To be serious, I'd probably say Ritsuko. She seems normalfag enough that she'd easily get a boyfriend and get laid, or just pick up for a one night stand. Azusa is too obsessed with finding the right person, from what I've heard, and Chihaya would be too self conscious about her chest to have sex, even though a deliciously flat chest is a real turn on if she finds the right people.
Yukiho is too much of a coward to have sex, Iori is so bitchy even a rapist would give up and find a less irritating target before they have a chance to come inside. Makoto can only attract girls, Haruka is far too goody-goody to let someone come inside her, she'd want them to come outside her. Yayoi and the twins would have trouble convincing people to set themselves free of society's limitations on them to come inside, even though they are the most delicious of the idols.
So yeah, Ritsuko would be the first to get cummed inside. Boring answer, but it's the most likely.
