That's the shop with the life-size Ai-chan, where they sell the Halloween merch. Though Neru seems to be a big fan of Ai herself.

Also, speaking of the big Kizuna Ai figure; I wonder what will they do with it once they don't need it anymore. Maybe a very very expensive lottery, they could probably make more money that way than selling it to a single person.
