Did you seriously call SDM underdeveloped, despite how much of a stranglehold they had over the story early on, *especially* Sakuya? PCB, IN, PoFV, the fighting games (especially those)? Ever played those? How about SSiB, in which they were pretty much the main characters alongside Reimu and Marisa? Other factions *wish* they had so much screentime, in fact not even the Moriyas come close.
