It's reverse NTR. The protag's girlfriend's mother realizes her daughter might give up her future goals to be with the MC, so she starts trying to win him over from her daughter.

Unfortunately the copy I got off nyaa might be corrupted or something. The text turns to mojibake whenever it advances. It's not my locale because it actually sometimes appears correctly when I switch back and forth from different menu options. I've been stuck following the plot from spoken dialog, but it's good so far anyhow.
