Yes, they're the same stories, just translated from one to the other. I know some Chinese and Japanese, and I found out after comparing some of the Love Stories and Event Stories.

So far, the events in Chinese Nogikoi are just translations of the Japanese, except for the Taiwan-exclusive event Hot Girl International Students (乃木戀美女留學生), where the principal assigns you to show Maiyan, Sayuringo, Manatsu, Nanase, and Ashu around Taipei, and you end up going on dates with all of them if you unlock all the stories.
