I overreacted like an idiot before figuring out what's the gimmick for this event.
And also ragepulling the event tickets got me Uriel so being mad pays off.

I think I figured it out, the dummy is actually immune to debuffs entirely, instead, it lowers its own defense after each of its overdrives.
The first overdrive is AoE weak damage an inflicts CD freeze, the 2nd is 8? random medium damage which is where a lot of shit can go wrong, 3rd one is simple single target nuke for 8k ish, not impossible to tank, and the 4th one is the same ST nuke but for 30k+.
It's theoretically possible to push for stun before the 4th OD and make it proc its final self def debuff before it goes nuclear but I don't think I can do it without using up my bursts, and that would defeat the purpose of trying to get to that maxed defense debuff as safe as I can.
