After finishing it on PointDevice, I can't honestly say if the new mode is harder or easier.

You get very few bombs so in a way ZUN is saying "either you perfect the game or you go home". I love it. And to make up for the fact that you can't game over (because if it was something like DDC difficulty it'd be piss easy) the game is full of odd spell cards and it cranked the difficulty up the ass, no other Stage 2-3 is as brutal as these.

I fucking love it. In the other games I could just cheese by bombing or take a hit on hard segments but now I feel that I really need to perfect the game. It's incredible.

I wonder how impossible Legacy will be though now that he cranked the difficulty up to eleven, it better give a bunch of resources.
