There are really two main ways to order physical copies of JAV from Japan:

You can order the DVD from the website of your choice to a Japan-based proxy shipping service.
Essentially, you have the DVD delivered to the proxy service, who will then forward it on to your address.
In the past, I've used White Rabbit and DankeBox.

Otherwise, there are companies where you can just send them a link to the product you want to purchase, pay the company for the product. Then the company will purchase the item on your behalf, and send it to you.
I haven't used such a service myself, but SquarePlus is one that specifically does JAV purchases.

Generally speaking, the first method will be cheaper, but you have to be confident in navigating and purchasing from Japanese websites. The second method is more expensive, but it might be worth it to avoid the hassle.
