When fully erect, use a string and put one end at the base of your penis where it meets your pelvis and the other end at the tip of the glans. Mark the spot where it ends on the string. Measure that against a ruler or tape measure. You now have your erect length.

To get your girth (circumference) you take the string and wrap it around the widest part of your shaft of your fully erect penis. Mark the spot where the string connects to the other side and makes a full circle snugly against your shaft. Measure the string to the mark with a ruler or tape measure. That is you girth. Remember, you want the circumference (distance all the way around the shaft in a circle) of your erect shaft at the widest point, not the diameter (distance across the shaft in a straight line).
