If Marine is able to work through the hurdle of her vanity project costing 10 million yen($100,000) while Peko can't get greenlit on whatever her project is supposed to be, the problem isn't Cover's management, but Peko's request. It's not some conspiracy where the management is fucking over their girls and they have it out for Pekora, she just had some ridiculous request and it didn't pan out and she had a ridiculous overreaction to it.

Here's the basic timeline
