The young protagonist sister (there's 5 different perspectives/protagonists), in trying to protect another boy guilty of rape convinces the dude that rape is legal in Japan so of course he's going to rape the shit out of her himself. In the end she's reduced to a sexual plaything for the entire school and he's one of the guys who rapes her er, I mean has sex with her most, can't rape the willing.

There's also a black dude in Oretachi ni Tsubasa wa Nai but he's a side character.
