It's going to look a little fucked up even if you get surgery, since the bone structure conforms to the shape of the concave the chest, and pushes things around a bit. There's not much surgeons can do about that without risking causing damage to internal organs, which they're not going to do for a surgery that's basically cosmetic. Growing breasts along with a concave chest would just look silly though, since they'd still be off to the sides.
