to make it feel less psycho just take off the head (unscrew it, not hack it like some psycho) you can save the head and use it on your next doll body if you buy similar height doll
after that just chop the body, you'll be less scared/grossed out after you find out that the inside of the doll is nothing like human with thin metal pipes as skeleton, foam for torso filling and nothing more

The trade off with hinged jaws is that sometimes you have to choose between that, or an insertable throat. personally, i'm not very big on throat fucking, so i like the hinged jaws better
