You have already proven yourself to be mentally handicapped, but even you should understand simple explanation. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that she never breaches past the bottom 3 in terms of sales and/or popularity in Morning Musume. Just being hot isn't enough to grant a photobook, unfortunately.

But if she ever does get a photobook (she won't), they better give her a full set wearing the 'world's greatest jacket'.
