Hmm, I have alot of missing scenes in recollection for chaper 2. Anyone knows how to get those? Currently at chapter 3.

Also it seems that to get the choice at >>2497999 you need to meet both sayaka and souji during chapter 1. I don't see why they put a choice there since calling home leads to an abrupt end where souji dies. It will let you continue to chapter 3 though.
