At that point a tsundere in your mind seems more like it needs to imitate certain famous examples for it to click in your head. Coldness was never really part of it, what really groups tsundere characters together was dishonesty. Also, the reason why a character is tsundere in the first place doesn't really matter here, if anything that's just part of the reason why they're being dishonest in the first place.

The most blatant tsundere moments Mion has is when she gets angry at Shion for embarrassing her, like when she pointed out how Mion brought two drinks instead of one.
