Sukusuku farming is banned, you can only get them second hand or from illegal chinese farms that feed their sukusuku to be three times the size of normal.
Buyee worked for me and I also bought directly from a guy who smuggeled some out, if you got a proxy I bet it'll be easier then.
The chinese knock offs are also fine, even if they are a bit chonky, usually found on more accessable stores like Amazon.
