This sounds like hard work. Everyone thinks they're gonna go to SDM and get a cozy job pretending to sweep a hallway while Sakuya obsessively scrubs the entire mansion in time stop multiple times a day, but in reality they need entertainment for all those fairy maids they've got running around the place, and there's nothing more entertaining for a fairy than a human to "play" with. Sakuya would clean the mansion herself regardless of anyone else being there.
You'd probably have to handle each and every single one of them, since the chief maid is an autist that can't connect with another humanoid being. How many maids do they even have in there? A hundred? More? Depending on how their shifts are set up you'd probably have to take care of entire groups of fairies at once.
