To stray into the discussion, I know for a fact that JAV idols like Maria Ozawa also worked in some sort of escort scenario and were available to fuck (we had a thread about this ages ago in the mid/late 2000s when she was listed on some prestigious host club that was known for high class prostitution), but it would obviously cost a few thousand. I don't think 10K is correct, more like half that amount for a popular JAV idol.

The point here is that she must be willing to do so (surprise!). JAV idols are just a lot more likely since their profession is to have sex anyway, so why not cash in the same money from 1 movie shoot where you have to hardcore fuck about 5 guys, when you can cash in the same money for fucking just 1 microdick guy for 30 mins? American porn stars also do this at times. But a gravure idol is basically just a glorified lingerie model and thus very unlikely to engage in fucking (other than maybe please some kind of executive CEO in order to get a role in a movie/drama or whatever).

TL;DR: It's very possible to fuck a JAV idol in the VIP club scene. Very unlikely to fuck a gravure idol.
