It's carved out from the side of an undergroud cave at y -50, those torches you see are not for show.
I also built a start at Old Hell from stage 3 since I like the theme, but getting blue wood to do it right was such a massive pain in the ass that I don't want to do it again. No screenshots of that though, it was only like one house anyway.

I mined 200 blocks from said road to ChRD since it cut out like five minutes of walking through widened caves that usually had mobs crawling in them. I also sometimes got lost and spent half an hour trying to find my way out of a labyrinth with no torches since I had filled my inventory with junk.

Needless to say this all took me ages even with OP TC tools. Like, two whole evenings. Two evenings that I should have spent doing other stuff, but oh well.

Here's a shot of the outside, I think I can boot up my old save to get a more recent one but I'm not sure if I still have all the mods and shit and I can't really be assed fucking around with files right now.

Here's one. i've since added in the floor and knocked through the first ceiling, and added a little glass to that window. I have the game open, so I can just go into spectator to take a more recent one if anyone's curious as to what I mean. I made a quick stab at the stage 3 bg on the road to chireiden, but I only got the facade of one house done before I got bored, and I don't have a screenshot on hand for that one.
