Just like Aki, a weakness beyond their control for Choco, Mel and Roboco is that they all have extremely few clipped and translated videos which would give them the same kind of visibility that the biggest Holos get in excess.
All it took was one translated video at the right time to make Aki soar. She is likely going to get some devoted translators and fans clipping her stuff more often which will keep her on everyone's radar.

If the same is done for the other low-ranking Holos, they too will see a powerful incline.
