Question, how many more times do you have to see the word "world" before you retract your statements? If the world Yukari~n created was just a piece of land, how come ZUN never refers to it as (oh, I dunno) a piece of land?

I think this is a pretty accurate map but many things need to be added like the Land of the Oni etc.

It's surprisingly easy, really. At first, just work on the first names, none of which are more than three syllables when pronounced/mispronounced in English; also, you'd do well to associate them to a respective location or sphere of influence. Keep in mind the hardest, most-frequented location to pronounce is Hakugyokurou (the hardest obscure Gensokyo location is Muenzuka/Muendzuka).

After you have that down, start working on their last names, using the Japanese order. If you force yourself to say their family name before their familiar name, you'll do better at remembering the harder ones like "Yamaxanadu" (not really her last name but it's treated like such anyway) and "Kamishirasawa."
