Nope.
Maybe minor value in getting a very few nagging questions answered and little inconsistencies or "plot holes" solved here and there - but nothing important.
Cafe girl did had a fun scene with floating heads though (Spoiler image).

Would love to have a read at scenes added in PSVita release of Nanarin without actually playing it.
