The manga explicitly brings how her original wish was distorted by her suffering, something that the anime never directly acknowledged, which is how it ended up with Hanyuu saying that it isn't the world Rika wished for in Sotsu.

>She's also in complete peace in the anime. The "suffocation" doesn't happen until later when Rika starts to realize that the whole thing is suspicious due to things like Takano giving up and none of her friends committing any atrocities.
The manga doesn't have the Takano stuff, but it does have Rika's monologue about her friends not sinning there, but it's all about how happy she is being there with them, while in the anime it causes her to angst about it.
