I think she would continue to love her....
She looks too naive, kind and candid to react otherwise... Her intelligence got also damaged with the time, so she probably wouldn't understand that Seiga uses her as a tool if no one tried to explain it to her.
And despite the fact that she uses her as a tool, Seiga is very fond of Yoshika and gives her affection, so I guess that's the first thing she'll notice.
