There’ｓ footage of them performing Dokidoki for the very first time during the Sakura Gakuin Festival on 2010.11.28 in Sakura Gakuin's first documentary. After that Babymetal only did four more performances until 2012 when they collaborated with Kiba of Akiba. Of the four performances only footage of Dokidoki at TIF 2011 is available.

There are footage of Sakura Gakuin 2011 Nendo NEW ~Departure~ and Sakura Gakuin Festival 2011 in the first documentary, but Babymetal's portion of Dokidoki + IDZ in both concerts were cut. Also, at the time Babymetal is just one little subunit of a new, practically unknown idol group, so it's reasonable you don't find much about them during this period. They only started skyrocketing in popularity when Dokidoki's MV was published during October 2011.

It's a one-night-only shuffle unit performance from their first documentary, where they also had different members perform Minipati, Sleepiece, and Scoopers songs. They do these from time to time, last year they had Hana, Ooga, and Aiko perform Doki Doki Morning.
