I have a deka fumo Reimu but not a Marisa

My Reimu is in mint condition. Someone offered to sell this Marisa to me, but she looks a bit damaged. The apron appears kinked (SOMEHOW!?) and the tag is bent I can handle the tag being bent but if the apron is as fucked up as the image appears to be that would really turn me away.

They're 30,000 yen normally, how much should I pay if any amount at all?
