Well, Rika's mother is part of it, but a big part of Saikoroshi's message is Rika putting away everything looping related, like not even thinking about others or the idea of resetting again and get ready to just die next time like everyone else. Rika's mother ties into it because she became more and more emotionally distant from her due to the loops.
