I've seen this so many times I feel like it's almost hard coded into the algorithms at this point. If the face is looking straight at the viewer, theh end up with a lazy eye, and if the head is tilted a bit, the iris is practically eating the whites and deforming the sockets.

There was a run of 10 or 20 pics on the /monster/ AI thread all with the same issue. It's not foolproof, but it's a huge tell.
Also very funny. Same for hair/clothing fusions.
