hi guys i think i need your advice

i want to get back in the game after 4 months because my laptop fucked up and i can't play the game at all so the only thing i could do was lurk here
i recently fixed the problem but my new problem is,i don't fucking now what to do anymore. my friend advised me to level up my girls but i'm not sure which and i seriously don't know what goal i should go for

i left the game at HG lv39 and now i'm at 41,but my resources aren't looking so good,can someone point out what things i should do first? i really want to get back into this again
